Phil Rosenzweig is Professor Emeritus of Strategy and International Management at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a former assistant professor at Harvard Business School. He is best known for The Halo Effect, which critically examines the cognitive biases and delusions that pervade much of business thinking.
